Cryorig's 2-fan heatsink is active, meaning it uses a fan to cool down the processor. With only 23dB of noise, this cooler makes minimal noise and won't draw your attention. Outputs 250W. For the heatsink to work properly, its output in Watts should be at least equal to the Thermal Design Power (TDP) of the processor. This will also help with the noise made by the cooling fan, as it will not reach its limits.
