The rules on the Product Guarantee page, paragraphs 2.4, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5, apply. After contacting us, you will send the product(s) you wish to return so that once we have received and thoroughly checked it/them, to proceed with one of the mentioned ways of resolution as mentioned in paragraph 2.4.
