1. Product types and prices:

We sell three types of products:

• New products, unused, in their original packaging.
• Open-box products are either unused or slightly used with plain packaging or no packaging. They have usually been used for demonstration or review purposes.
• Used products, which have been used for short periods (days or even hours) by company personnel for the purposes of checking good operation.

The prices of the products displayed on the website include VAT.

2. Product Warranty

2.1. All products, even those in their original packaging, are considered used. All products are in excellent working condition.

2.2. The customer accepts the guarantee by placing the order in any way and if it has been carried out.

2.3. To make use of the warranty of the respective product, the product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

2.4. In the case of a defective product under warranty, any damage is found, and only if it is found that it is not the responsibility of the customer or as detailed in paragraph 3, a repair is made when possible or a replacement of the product. If there is no similar product to replace, the amount can be credited to the customer's account, and the customer can make a subsequent purchase of equal value within 30 days or a refund.

2.5. In the event of a product return, the shipping costs are borne by the sender by sending either by post or by any courier company for any reason. In the event that the product is found to be defective and does not fall under any of the cases referred to in paragraph 3, a repair and technical inspection will be carried out where possible, or in the event that any damage cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced with another of similar characteristics and shipping to the customer will be done at the store's expense.

3. You are not covered by the warranty in the following cases:

• Bad placement of a component (for example, wrong motherboard or processor pin)
• Violent Use (bumps, product falling from a height, etc.)
• External Factors (weather conditions, power failure from electricity supply)
• Batteries included in various items
• Any subtle scratches
• Shock, moisture, short circuit
• Damages caused during the transportation of the product, regardless of the reason it was caused
• The product will not be accepted under warranty for moving parts such as chair wheels and fans, torn chair upholstery, broken fan, etc.
